Windy's personal experience with weight loss, having lost 144 pounds in just nine months after undergoing bariatric surgery, has fueled her passion for weight management. She approaches patient care with empathy, attentiveness, and transparency, aiming to help individuals achieve their physical and mental well-being goals. Windy is not only an expert in weight management but also a primary care provider, certified national medical examiner, and board-certified family nurse practitioner.

On a lighter note, Windy was named after the song “Windy” by The Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, art, cooking, decorating, and outdoor activities. Her family hails from Londonderry, Ireland.
